How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Legslicense Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Legslicense Pest Control
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Legslicense Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in New Jersey.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@legslicense.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
What Happens After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Satisfied?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
